Beware Guys from Compass Communication. I have had a horrible experience with their broadband services, customer support, and Billing. I am still wondered how these people are into business with such a pathetic service and customer support staff. It was one of my biggest blunders in life when I switched from Telecom and became customer of Compass. I have lots of stuff to reveal about the non-delivery of service by Compass and much evidence to tell how Compass was the biggest source of tension to me during the whole one year.

I request all of you to please suggest me a suitable forum where I can put my evidence against Compass and show what they had delivered to me in the name of service. My email account is full of complaints, customer service issues, billing problems, and no internet connection for almost a period of 2 months in different quarters of a year.

Can I make a facebook page or something like that to post all the stuff against the poor delivery of service from Compass so that others may be careful.

Thanks
MAK

Commerce Comission, Fair Go, Consumer magazine....

Never had a problem with Compass when I had to support accounts on them.

If they're that bad, then the "proper channels" would be advised.

We were using Compass at my old work for a while just for tolls, don't recall any issues of any merit.

"You are" = "You're" - Not "Your".  "They are" = "They're" - Not "Their" or "There".  You probably mean "lose" not "loose".  There's no such word as "Alot".

Compass can be a bit difficult at times and a few years ago I had to stop using them at work. However they are the best option for my home setup as ADSL just doesn't work for my rural location. Also I have a contact there which is very helpful.
