Has anyone used the Flip unlimited plan with netflix/hulu?

My friend is signed up with flip and I introduced her to netflix and she is hooked.
Just wondering if they switch to the unlimited plan how the performance will be or if they need to change ISPs

Site note, its a pain that you cant change your plan during the month

I have had no reply but from what I understand, video streaming sites are blocked when it was originally reported they would be unaffected on the unlimited plan ?
- I'm on mobile so can't search the provided blocked list easily but last time I checked netflix and hulu were not on the list
