Because I changed my mind after they said they couldn't find that call, and said "sure, we'll continue with the service" I can't get a refund. That's OK, fully understand why. It would be nice if they actually managed to provide us a dialtone, but we're not going to use it now anyway so that makes little difference.
The whole episode has left a bad taste in my mouth, though. I wouldn't have been in this position if they'd cancelled the service like they said they would. Reminds me of the dreadful experience I had with Slingshot when we signed up. Is any CallPlus company capable of providing decent customer service?
