Just tried the Link to Facebook option and after authentication/authorization it just shows "Success" instead of going back to the app and complete the action.

Yes the Viber Contact thing is a bit weird on the Windowsphone. On my work iPhone, it already knows about people in my Contacts list and puts them into a Viber Favorites list. The Windowsphone version doesn't even recognise that my iPhone has it.

Cheers for the heads up. Yep, we spotted that after the release unfortunately, and we'll certainly get it fixed in our next version :)

@freitasm -
Viber automatically scans your contacts and displays them inside the app. You can toggle the filter of "Viber" contacts or "All" contacts inside the app, at the top of the contacts page.
It could be that the fact that the contacts were not synchronized yet is rooted in a different problem. Is it working now? If not, please visit this page with possible workarounds for the problem: http://helpme.viber.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/173/29/wp7-contact-list-is-not-showing-your-friends-as-viber-users and let me if it's still not working :)

I have plugged my Windows Phone to the power and changed the screen timeout to five minutes. Left Viber open and after a while the Viber Contacts list was populated with my contacts that were on Viber... It works but it took a bit of time.

It might have been a temporary glitch in our servers, due to the vast number of installs since we launched it a few days ago.

Just installed - got code on telecom -> VF ported number in a few seconds.

Contacts immediately showed existing users that have Viber installed - a surprising number!
