Anyone else participating in this on the weekend? Have been training for the last ~6 weeks, mostly just adding some running and swimming etc to my gym routine's. Can comfortably run 10km in one go now, from 6 weeks ago where 4km would near kill me.

I have a team of 7 competing so it will be quite fun. A little nervous with a lot of excitement :D

Looks like fun as long as you don't get trampled to death in a water trap - http://www.outsideonline.com/outdoor-adventure/multisport/Man-Under-Avishek-Sengupta-Tough-Mudder-Death.html

When you live your life on Twitter and Facebook, and are only friends with like minded people on Twitter and Facebook, you are not living in the real world. You are living in a narcissistic echo chamber.

My squash team mate did this the other week and it sounded mightily unpleasant :)
