Hi im pretty new too all this.
I have a Philips SRU 9600 8 in 1 remote that I cannot get to work with the mysky box.
Have followed the usual set ups and tried to learn the keys. The remote says that the key is learned but the sky box does not respond at all to it.

Can anyone help?
