For some reason the mmsgallery.telecom.co.nz site is no longer working when I browse to this on my mobile (running Android 4.0.4).  When I enter the mobile number and password it logs me in and just returns a page saying Error - Sorry, this feature is not enabled.  I  have tried using both Chrome and standard Android browser and get the same result.

If I browse to the same site using a PC browser, and login with the same account I am able to browse MMS messages ok

This site used to work just fine on my mobile browser.  I am not sure what has stopped this working.

Is anyone else having the same problem recently?

We've tested it a few times across a few handsets here and get the same result. The guys have logged a fault and are investigating.

Hi there - we have had a look at this, unfortunately the MMS Online Gallery has never meant to be accessible from  a mobile browser because it uses all kinds of extensions, ie flash etc

There may be some devices/browsers that can use it however, perhaps try a few others ie Opera Mini.

There was a Mobile Device specific wap site for MMS, but I believe this was retired some time ago.

Well it used to work just fine on the same mobile with the same browser 1 month ago. The login screen even describes logging in over 3G on a mobile.

Here is a workaround for anyone else having the same problem:

Since it works on a desktop browser, I tried changing the user-agent setting on my mobile browser to report itself as a desktop browser rather than Android.  This allows the site to load correctly.
