Not receiving PXT's intermittently

Both my wife and I are on the XT (now smartphone network) she has an Nokia N8 and I an E7. When ever she sends me a PXT (multimedia message) when my phone is offline I never end up receiving the PXT. All other TXT's that are sent while the phone is offline come through OK when the phone is back on line. Is anyone else having this problem? Is it a network problem? Is it a setting issue with the messaging on my phone/my wife's phone? HTC One Nokia N9 Nokia E7 HP Touchpad Dell Inspiron 14z i5

Will not be a setting issue or they would not come thru at all, Call Telecom and log a fault with examples that have not shown up so logs can be checked on the MMSC. Systems Engineer Vodafone NZ http://forum.vodafone.co.nz

Oh just thought about a message setting you could check under Multi media message settings on the handsets message expiry time Systems Engineer Vodafone NZ http://forum.vodafone.co.nz

Can you login to mmsgallery.telecom.co.nz and see if you can see the pictures in there? I work for Telecom, but as always my views are my own.

Managed to get into the MMSGallery. Interesting, there's pics there I didn't get and others that I did, Of the one's I did get the date shown in the gallery is a day out, it is showing as being sent the day before they were actually sent.
