Was the site offline at approx. 6.50pm tonight?

I couldn't access it around that time from TCL cable services.

Yes it was.  "500 Internal Server Error" was the message I got.

Looks like it's back now though.

50 seconds at 18:04 and then 33 minutes and 31 seconds at 18:16. 

I'm a paid up subscriber, so I really want to know what phone number I call to talk to accounts about a credit for the outage time.

I changed my dns settings and even had the guys at my ISP reboot their proxy servers

:)

I toyed with "status.geekzone.co.nz" for a while, testing three other monitoring services. Settled on pingdom...
