Maybe I'm thick or something but I dont seem to be able to put the outline box around quotes when I reply to postings.
I've tried "fieldset" which appears to work in preview but not when posted to the forum. Same with other methods I've tried.
I'm not at all familiar with Java and the editing buttons don't seem to offer an outline box.
I've tried the help on the reply editor without success.
Therefore I just italicise the quotes but would like to outline them as others do.
Help please?
