heavenlywild: And since when can ads show the finger?

Who knows? Its online, I don't think it would have mattered. Its just a finger, everybody (ok, almost everybody..) has them.

OK you know what I mean, showing the 'bird". Hmmm... makes me wonder what the rules are around online advertising standards.

It is a photo that was in newspapers and TV. Just vote the guy out of Parliament...

I find it offensive. Doesn't performing such a gesture breach geekzone rules?

Also the statement that MP was making had nothing to do with MMP and is being used out of context.

DonGould: Does GZ have ads?

Looks like I will have to just block those ones.
Oh there's the bridge.

As for voting him out. The image is of Ron Mark (NZ first list MP) which is not longer in government.

He only got into parliament because of MMP, so it seems strange that he's the poster boy for anti MMP.

They see me trollin'

As I am here in the UK, I don't see many of the ad's that you get in NZ. Most of the ad's I get are for
Pizza hut, O2 mobile, Intel and just now cosmetic surgery.

Do it properly and subscribe, it is well worth it and doesn't rip MF off.
