Hi, I am currently a TCL user  in Tauranga and have been getting very poor ADSL service for the last few weeks, it appears to be a common problem as discussed on the TelstraClear forum. They say they are in the process of fixing it ...
 
This has been a catalyst for me to see what else is available (fortunately a few years ago I bought my own domain and moved email so I was no longer hostage to my ISP). Looking at the Vodafone plans they seem reasonable value given the free calling to one mobile and half price sky-sport etc.

Before I switch I would be interested in any views on performance of Vodafone Broadband, particularly in Tauranga.
