I have just received notification that you have doubled my monthly allowance from 20 to 40GB.

What am I going to do with it?

I never crack 10GB a month Frown

Too bad I can't sell my extra data to other Vodafone users that are running close to their cap.

The press release:

Loads more data every month

Vodafone is permanently increasing the broadband allowance on its Ideal and Ultimate home phone and broadband packages by 20GBs ? at no extra charge.

From today, the Ideal plan will increase from 20GB to 40GB and the Ultimate plan from 60GB to 80GB. Existing customers will automatically receive the additional data for the rest of the life of the plan, and the new data allowances are now a permanent part of Vodafone?s Ideal and Ultimate home phone and broadband packages for new customers.

Aaron Beckman, Vodafone?s General Manager of Consumer Marketing, explains: ?It?s great news for Vodafone customers. The increase in data means they can do more of what they love online ? browse the web, watch more TV on demand, stream music, podcasts, blogs and more. And best of all, it?s applied automatically, meaning our customers can sit back and enjoy the extra value on us ? without having to do anything!?
