I'm on the vodafone network, and i'm only receiving roughly half the text messages that people are sending me, but the weird thing is, it appears to only be a problem with other people on the vodafone network, I can receive texts from Telecom numbers fine. Would anyone know what is causing this?

Hi JMatt94

What basic fault checking have you done?

Have you tried SIM in another handset?
How long ago did the issue start?

Have you setup Vodafone Blacklist?
Have you setup a Blacklist on your handset?
PM me your mobile number and I can do some basic checks from the Vodafone side

Hi, just saw this post, and I too just today am all of a sudden not receiving any texts.  I know of about about 10 texts that have been sent today by various people and I have not received any. Rang vodafone and did what they said but still nothing, which was to empty out my message inbox and then hard boot my phone. Please help.

I have not tried SIM in another handset yet, but did just do a factory reset and then received a whole lot of texts and now am receiving texts.

Not much for me to look into, Hard reset of the handset resolved the issue so issue was handset related
