around 5 months ago Vodafone rang offering great deal. I was on Naked Broadband and happy. Been happy with them. Now tearing whats left of my hair out.  I have cellphone so pay $65 a month for 60GB.  They said they will double the data for free for next 12 months. Said I was happy but they went on so i stressed well as long as its not more than that $65.  EVERY month the bill arrives $95.  Last month they insisted all sorted and will be no more problem. They said they even assigned someone to check this month and correct it if happens again but it wont.  Sure enough $95   I emailed them Friday and apart from automated reply heard nothing.  Checked my account now and see its changed to mega naked for 200GB.   I never agreed to that. The agreement was double my data for free for next 12 months which would be $65 for 120GB.

Hi Gilco -  we're sorry about that, it sounds like a bit of a disaster. The plan you've been moved to is a better value plan that you were on before. However, you are still eligible for the Double Your Data discount for the term you were offerred before. I can look into this and have it corrected for you. Please could you PM me your account details?

Hi Gilco2 - this has now been corrected and the discount has been applied to your account for the remainder of the term. With the new pack, instead of getting 120GB you are now receiving 200Gb for the $65 to which you agreed. There should be no further issues regading your bill for duration of the deal.
