Did anyone else get an email supposedly from VFNZ entitled "Survey on New Zealand's changing telecommunication industry"?

This email states that it comes from a non-existent domain: researchonowsurveys.com 

Rather than seek my opinions on New Zealand's changing telecommunication industry, which I'm more than happy to share, it was really after information targeted at selling me stuff.

Is this a marketing out-of-control, a fishing expedition, or just plain phishing?

Hi there, Ive not heard of the survey or any of our customers who have participated in iit. What youve said about the domain sounds fishy. I'll seee if we can get more info but in the meantime I'd be careful. ^CB
