Any idea why the Bestmates numbers are grayed out in the TCL version of Customer zone? one of the numbers has been entered in wrong by the call centre so I need too add in a number to the middle of it, everything says I can log in and change the number via the customer zone, but its grayed out. I can change the name of the number but not the number.
crazed: Just PM'd Demeter with our account number, yea the bestmates have just been added and came live on the 29th of Jan, but realised that one has been added wrong, with a number missing from the phone number I gave the call centre.
She let me know, Email was sent by her to resolve the issue.
