Hi, My friend is on Vodafone. When he pings my server he seems to get very high ping but yet i get about 120ms less ping than him. I was wondering if I would be able to pm the trace routes to someone in Vodafone to see if they can improve the routing.

There have been a few issues with routing from our upstream provider.

Where is the server located and what ping are they getting? Ping might be in spec and actually is not even a issue

Here are some results that may enlighten a few.
Just to list some of my grievances:
LoL is unplayable, Dota 2 is unplayable, WoW is unplayable, BF4 is unplayable, 99% of games are unplayable.

On a normal day ill get around 40ms to seven.com.au
Results match up from VF network for most AU connections.

Internet traffic from every ISP does not take the same route, Depends on many things

I removed the last IP but as you can see in that datacenter it has high ping

Everyone wants the best routing but it does not work like that in the real world sorry, Routing is also not static and can change from month to month
