Also depends if a major outage is happening, The weather that passed over the country last weekend caused more calls to come in due to a number of outages caused by a Fibre cuts and power outages

When I have had to call them to sort out recurring card billing or password resets the wait has been ok recently.

firefuze: I feel like there should be a sub-forum created for 'Waiting Time Complaints' so these threads can be discussed in great detail by those concerned somewhere else. These threads are popping up everywhere.

Then they are out of the way so I only see the more relevant tech/geek threads, after all it is geekzone.

I checked. Waitzone.co.nz is available! tongue-out
