Hi guys

Was wondetin if someone could give me a hand.
Ive got a few mobile users that have sierra wireless 580 aircard (telecom),
one of them recently upgraded their firmware and in now unable to access their Crystal cube reports.
Crystal cube uses Nt authentication and these uses login to vpn before accessing cube.
anyone got any idea wats going on?
