Well a month ago from today I finally decided I'd had enough of Black + White and sent in my 30days notice to leave. Problems I've run in with since joining :
No 24/7 support
They don't warn me when I go over my limits and expect me to pay for it
The CSR's don't know anything and put me on hold to speak to someone whenever I need to call them
My bill from them arrives about 2 weeks later
The person I talked to about getting my new number, told me the wrong number. I only found out when I called to try and sort something up and they were only able to find my account from my home address
When porting away from them the number didn't go through properly (Not sure if its Vodafones fault or not yet but neither sim card works now)
The way they lay out the bill is F&$*ed up.
I ended up with an $80 bill one month which was mostly covered for by the credit I got for porting over but they didnt tell me anything.

The good side though:
The people I spoke with made an effort to help and I was able to understand what they said and they spoke very professionally
Cheap cellphones for members
Gave me $100 credit for switching networks

thats about it for the good side. Most probably one of the worst networks I've been with. If you're not the one managing the bills and sorting out payments, then go ahead and sign up, but keep in mind the person who needs to go through your bill at the end of the month.

Reason for me putting this here is incase anyone is thinking of switching and they want to know other peoples experiences.

and if any of you read my other tread about the annoying text messages, that got sorted eventually. They couldnt block the number so they gave me a new 028 one which i didn't even know for about 3 days until I realized my friends had a different one down for my than I did.

I'm surprised Black + White are still around to be honest.

well if they started at 1 for the member numbers (on the account statement) then they have only had just over 4thousand customers. and how they say its not prepaid but no contract, its kinda BS. You have to give 30 days notice before leaving which is still more than enough time to rack up a $80 bill

What's wrong with the layout of the bill?

Well when my account was in credit on the first month my first bill showed -$29 which from past experience means I owe $29 and another month after getting the $100 account credit and paying bills it said -$71 and I was scared until I called them. They also don't tell me when I go over my text usage and I went over by about $20 one month in texting.
