First thing I would do is download sbiddle's tone and dial plan. Will make your experience so much better. Jump on to the GUI, log in as admin and in advanced view. Go to the 'provisioning' tab. Copy this "http://voipzone.co.nz/spaconfig.cfg" URL in to the 'Profile Rule' field. Make sure 'Provision enable' is set to yes and it might be to set 'provision on resysnc' to yes aswell. Submit the changes and you will have a nice sounding dial tone and quick dialling within about 30 seconds. As for setitng up iTalk. Should just be a case putting in your registration details (username, password, proxy IP address) and it should grab the registration. What are you having trouble with exactly?

Many other VoIP providers offer the ability to fully auto provision your phone with the correct settings. *Need help configuring your Linksys ATA or IP Phones for New Zealand? Check my blog post

I assume you'll just need the sip server, stun server, user name, auth id, and pwd, though someone who actually uses iTalk might be able to tell you more.
