Trying to port my inlaws home phone number to 2Talk.

They were with TelstraClear but closed the account, and lost the number.  I grabbed it and put it on a customer link with Telecom.

Tried porting the number with the Telecom details - fail.
Tried porting the number with the old TelstraClear details - fail.

Both times the error was:
Invalid The Losing Service Provider is invalid for the ported number.

So who has my number?

(I know it's Telecom as I pay for it, and have it redirected to a number of my choosing)
