Hi,

I'm new to this so sorry if i'm not doing something right!

I have XNET fusion over fibre service, with 2 VFX lines that were originally converted back to analogue by the Linksys box that came as part of the system install.

I have a Cisco UC320W box which I've connected to to the ONT and have configured the PPPoE internet connection and it is working.

The SIP trunks have been configured and are shown as 'registered' both on the UC320W status and according the the world exchange help desk.

I've set up one SPA500 series cisco phones and connected it to the UC320W and I can call out using one of the SIP lines without fault. BUT... when i try to ring into the system all I get is a lady telling me that "the number you have called is not currently active".

i'm guesing there may be a port blocked or something, but I don't know where to configure these on the UC320W.

I hope someone can give me some ideas as to what might be wrong as I'm currently without a phone!

Thanks
