Hey Ppl,

While trying to help someone fill out a AP form for payments on their TCL account, I came across this page

https://telstraclear.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1631/kw/automatic%20payment/related/1

It contains the Bank account number, and advises to use the TCL Customer Number as the Reference, However, While setting up the AP online, the bank system wasn't allowing us to continue with the AP because we needed to fill in the Particulars and Code fields as well.

But the TCL site doesn't provide an explanation as to what goes in those fields, So I gave feedback on the page, asking if they could update the page with what goes in each field.

I eventually found this out via other means:

Particulars: TCL Account Number
Code: Account Name
Reference: Phone Number

This ensures the payment goes to the right place, however the response from the feedback has been useless, they wanted to know my Name, DoB, TCL account number, Phone number etc, and refused to go any further without it.

The above highlighted information was all I was after, and all I was asking is that it would be nice if that information was on the page in question.

Can a TCL manager or someone sort this out, Would be helpful if this information was on that page.

Cheers

CraZeD,
Your friendly Southern Geeky Fellow :P

Thanks for the feedback - I've passed that on to the web team.

Thanks again, Gary
