Suffice to say, very impressed. Cable reconnection free, no term.
Installation this afternoon, helpful Downer tech came out, was given between 12:30 and 16:30, had a call at 13:20 saying he would be 20 mins, he was on time to the minute, reconnected the cable, diagnosed a cable issue in the roofspace, sky had pinched the cable drop.
Had a follow-up call tonight from TCL. The Tech was checking that my broadband was now working satisfactorally. It is.
Thankyou to the tech for being so open and honest with me. Without divulging too much that was said, I was told that a lot of work has been done recently to increase capacity in many areas of the network. Work is continuing. Following closely on the success of the recent $75 promotion you join the dots.
It's just a pity TCL weren't more open with everyone from the outset of performance issues.
