Hi,

Wondering if the Australian Telstra Next G 3G Network is the same or similar to Vodafone network in NZ?

band/frequency

Was looking at a Sony Xperia S handset and noticed there is the LT26 and LT26i, where LT26 was quoted by a particular seller as not going to work on the telstra 3G. I checked the specs and there didnt seem to be any difference in the bands the phones run on. Perhaps a typo..... I was looking at a non NZ website.

The Australia Telstra Next G 3G network is similar to Telecom XT, quite different from the Vodafone network.

Next G is a 100% 850MHz network.
