Hi everyone, we’ve added some extra people to the team, so from today we’re extending customer service hours. You can now call Mon-Fri 8am to 9pm and Sat & Sun 9am to 7pm (except national public holidays).

You can also use the website contact form or email us 24/7. Details and links are here: http://www.telstraclear.co.nz/customer-zone/customer-services/residential-opening-hours.cfm

Faults hours remain Mon-Fri 7am to 11 pm and Sat & Sun & public holidays 7.30am to 11pm.

Interesting, when I worked there customer services hours were 07:00-22:00, 7 days a week, for both business and residential...
