It's been down for some days now .... Can someone confirm that the email notifications when we approach near our cap is still working?  And if we cannot get a (rough) indication with the usage meter would the customer still get charged if we go over?

Thanks.

Hi Ray. Everything's working as it should. Are you having trouble logging on?

Thanks for that - working now.
I have my homepage set to it (the login screen with password etc). It may had been caching the error page. Had to go to tools and then the tool to login ... :)

Thanks Ray. Personally, I've found Traffic Usage Checker to be a good little tool: www.tuc.co.nz

Cheers, Gary

http://netusage.iau5.com/ rocks.

It also keeps a good history so you can see if the usage system is on the go slow.

This looks better than Traffic Usage Checker. Can't seem to get it work on TelstraClear cable. Only has the option for a user name and password, while I think you need a account field too like Traffic Usage Checker.

Anyone been able to get this to work on cable?
Thanks
