Hi guys,

I just wonder if anyone here can tell me what the story is as different Telstra support staff
seem to have different ideas.

I have 2 T-Boxes so how many HD tickets do I need to be able to receive HD on both?

I am sure that I was told that the HD ticket was for the houshold and not per T-Box when I signed up.

Hi Swede. The pricing is per household. T-Box pricing is here: http://www.telstraclear.co.nz/residential/inhome/tv/tv-tbox-with-sky.cfm

If you email me your account number we can check for you that all T-Boxes are getting HD.
