I'm aware that Telecom and Snap require VLAN tag of 10 on their connections.

I haven't seen any information on TC's VLAN requirements - does anyone know if it should have a VLAN tag?

Just FYI Telecom don't offer VDSL2 yet.

Every ISP that uses Chorus equipment requires VLAN10 to be set for native EUBA connections, ie VDSL2 and ADSL2+ if you want to use native PPPoE rather than PPPoA.

Thanks for the reply (and good of you to avoid confusion regarding Telecom).

Just to clarify does TelstraClear use Chorus equipment?

They have their own DSLAM's and ULL network and also use Chorus outside these areas.
