the limitation on international speed has nothing (well, almost nothing) to do with whether you are on ADSL2+, VDSL, cable or UFB, so expecting it to be any different is settinmg yourself up to be dissapointed

I am using this one which bought 1 year ago.

Yes max throughput on a single tcp/ip connection is heavily affected by latency.
