I'd suggest you give TCL a call and see what offer they can give you... In my most recent deal review, I had a significant great deal... I definitely second this - the retail store numbers for Welly are 049203950 or Christchurch 039826860 if you need to talk to someone in your area :) You'll usually find at least small things can be done here and there to make it cheaper or better for you.

Customer Retention (depending on how you have been a customer) can offer discounts sometimes. The sad things is they cannot offer bigger plans - need to wait till the Vodafone mothership comes on board and sets directions. Customer retention might be able to help with deals relating to ADSL or Cable+Sky but unlikely to help with cable only. Rung and been rung about it on multiple occasions. April... fingers crossed. – J
