It seems to me that the media, the commerce commission and TCL all seem to forget that TCL have a high speed cable broadband network. I am curious as to why the commerce commission do not force TCL to wholesale their network or meet government mandated targets for customer connections.
Is it just me or are there others who have not forgotten that TCL purchased Saturn and then reneged on rolling out cable to all the places Saturn had commited to.
I just don't see wholesale being true competition - it is the same stuff regurgitated. True competition is Woosh.
TCL are not prepared to invest in NZ.
