I was watching the forums on nzgames.com, talking bout the new Paradise net cable plans coming soon, thinking yay TelstraClear is really going to kick Telecom with some plans...
but what a disappointment they are!!
ok 2mb is good, but the caps are really bugger all.
We on Telecom at the moment but can get cable, don't think we will be shifting somehow...
I think 10Mb is faster than any DSL plan currently offered to any retail customer and I am not sure that you can get even a 2Mb DSL plan (certainly not upstream). There are no caps per se - just if that if you go over 10G then you get charged at $4.95/500Mb I think. This is certainly much better than the 20c/Mb they were charging before!
