So im living with my sister ATM, and she has a Cable Connection, I wish to get my own internet connection, but after looking around cause my sister on a telstraclear Phone line, i cant get and ADSL. Is this true or do i have other options.

No, you can't because the phoneline is hooked up to TCL's network, not the Chorus network.

If you want a 2nd connection you can either get a 2nd TCL cable connection which will be delivered over the same coax running to the home, or request a new Chorus line that will require a full install to your home.
