Has anybody managed to get throught to Telstra in the last week? Just called again " your call cannot be connected due to overloading"been like that since mid last week.. I am having issues with my A/c , and have emailed them but, 'they can't help I have to call". No big deal if you CAN call. Sent another email last Thurs re above but no reply, Really poor service
I am calling them to transfer my service to my new home, but with all this waiting I am looking at alternatives.. So they are really not doing them self any favours..
