Has anybody managed to get throught to Telstra in the last week?
Just called again  " your call cannot be connected due to overloading"been like that since mid last week.. I am having issues with my A/c , and have emailed them but, 'they can't help I have to call". No big deal if you CAN call.
Sent another email last Thurs re above but no reply, Really poor service

I get someone answering and they keep telling me they will call me back..
3 days and still waiting..

They don't even seem to be answering questions submitted by email either. Submitted one on 22/03 and STILL waiting a response.

I am calling them to transfer my service to my new home, but with all this waiting I am looking at alternatives..
So they are really not doing them self any favours..

Just don't pay your bill, I find that they are very prompt in chasing up overdue accounts.

Tried calling faults = "the longest currently waiting call is...25...minutes"
Tried calling customer services = "the longest currently waiting call is...17...minutes"

Good thing I wasn't in a hurry :S I kind of wonder how many people they have answering their phones these days...
