I am trying to move home and want to find out what my options are.
I am currently on the Cable network and are very disappointed to find that my new home has not got cable available.
So I call Telstra to find out what can I do, cause I can't get my T-Box or my Naked broadband in my new location.
So I was told someone will call me on Monday 26/03/12 ( Still waiting for that)
I call them again today, was on hold for about 45 min before I spoke to someone in Asia.
She told me then someone will call me and that my moving house request has been submitted.
So I am asking her "What are you moving", knowing that I can't get what I have. So she say someone will call you and it will take about 10 working days. Again I ask "But what are you moving to the new location".
So after not getting an answer I ask to talk to her supervisor, I get told that he is on his day off. (Nice)
I am ask to talk to the person that is running her department, and then I get he is on lunch. ( Very Nice, I lost my lunch break being on hold)
So I just left it there cause I got no where..
Now my service is getting moved to my new location. god know what they going to offer me. Maybe they will lay the cable over the river.( I will be so lucky)
I move in 3 weeks and need to get sky to come and install my TV. and if I need to cancel my Telstra Clear service. witch in this case looks really worth it..
Any one know the direct number for a New Zealand call centre?
