It depends. Do you have a support contract? Is it Premier?

I have found Microsoft support very good. When I had a Premier contract I would get a reply in a matter of hour or so, with follow up phone calls from their people if needed. And the best thing is that once someone was assigned to a case, I always dealt with the same person.

A lot better than some companies that have a different person looking at the ticket every time you contact them, having to explain everything again.

not sure if we have an agreement as someone else handles all that stuff. We spend large amounts of money with them so would be surprised if we didnt but paying for support isnt a problem if we have too.

Was there a web portal or something where you logged the request initially?
