Short one page about upcoming hybrid form factors for Windows 8:

Most of them look like horrible compromise between laptop and tablet.

The Asus Tai Chi looks useful for presentation, training and games. I like the minimal look of Microsoft Surface - it strikes me as a one in every room kind of thing.

Launch for Microsoft Surface is October 25th. Anyone have details on an NZ launch if any?

Little birdie told me that Surface will be made available in NZ. It's also going to be made available in Australia and major European countries.

Do whatever you want to do man.
