Because I just plucked a hedgehog ... with a fork!

;-)

Before PETA burns my house down I must point out that it is actually to help the poor little guy, he's all mangy and had some injections to clean it up and now his prickles are falling out to be replaced with new ones .. the fork just gives the loose clumps a bit of help :-)

And it will probably not be released back into the wild since he's not supposed to be here anyway.

Yep.. had a sparrow inside with me for a few hrs today. He was freezing his little butt off out in the snow and came in for warmth. Before Peta have a go at me.. I fed him before I sent him back out in it. :)

Mother nature decided to give me a kick in the a$$ this morning. I was all comfy in bed...and at 6.30 there was a banging on my door..then on my window.. and all these voices yelling at me to get up!! I thought WT hell and jumped out of bed..........straight into ice cold water. It was the fire brigade trying to wake me up to tell me my house was flooding. Nothing we could do to stop it.........the roads were cut so the insurance guys and carpet cleaners couldnt get out here so all day I have been mopping and moving stuff to higher ground. Lucky Im fully covered.

Its been snowing all day in greymouth and we have been in a blizzard since yesterday. Its as wet inside as it is outside. To say Im pretty annoyed right now would be an understatement. All in all its a very odd day. :(

Proofread a business impact for a legislation change allowing the transhipment of max 152 bar CO2 pressure containers instead of 150 bar in the Netherlands.

Hmm that's not odd just sad  Cry

Having the sliding doors open during hot summer nights invites unexpected vistors, PC is only metres away from the door and one night while trolling the forums like you do I notice from the corner of my eye something black running in and alongside the wall to behind the TV, gave me abit of a fright and I had to pluck up the courage to go investigate behind the TV, lol. It was a scared Hedgehog. Some cats had been chasing him so he thought it a good Idea to come hide in my home. Poor fella I put him in a box and left him in the bathroom till morning then let him go.

Diseased disgusting creatures, though a little cute.

they've actually found remains of hedgehogs that had been eaten by man, back in the day, in what is now scotland :)

sunday is my day to do odd things, got all my gear; armour, helm, swords, axes, shields, spears and went to training at the park and beat up a few other people :)

and also painted the lounge all weekend, found it helps me pass the time waiting for my galaxy s3 to turn up
