Predominantly going to be gaming, not fussed about having unlimited bandwidth we only use about 150gb here so there are plenty of plans that will cover that and then some.

Was thinking of the Snap 250gb plan or fyx. Any other recommendations or comments on these providers would be welcome.

Thanks :)

North Shore, Glenfield to be precise. Probably going to have to stick to ADSL as our budget is around $150 per month.

What game(s) do you play and where are the servers?

ON3 host a lot of NZ servers, and are unmetered on TelstraClear.

Some ISP's have better/worse routing to various Aussie server providers such as internode and gybergamer as well.

Unfortunately a lot of the games I play are peer 2 peer so it's mainly about having a solid stable connection, preferably with good routing to AUS / USA as that's where most of the people play.

I think Maverick is in Glenfield and had UFB installed. It's going to decrease youngs pings by up to 10ms over non intervleaved ADSL but may not affect stability too much.
