Hi My Attenuation is low 5-10db.. based on some calculations that puts me 0.5km away from cabinet?

Shouldn't I get 24mb connect speeds? I currently connect at 14.5mb

24Mbps is a theoretical figure that also assumes (essentially) a 0dB noise margin and 0dB attenuation. You've got 10dB attenuation and Chorus run a 12dB SNR on their ISAM's.

Hi, a sync rate of around 15Mb/s, which is not far from where you are at, if you want to ensure you get the max out of the line then it must be run as a non stubbed transmission line, something typical house wiring does not present, a properly installed master filter will allow for that.
