Hi, I seen to have run into some sort of bug. My lockscreen is not accepting my password (Yes im sure its correct!). Has anyone tried a hard reset using hardware buttons without the horror bricking of the device? If so then what is the trick?

I did try to reset my 920 using the buttons but I couldn't get the phone to reset correctly. It would just boot normally without vibrating. I made sure that I was pressing the correct buttons.

In the end I reset the phone from the settings menu, which doesn't help you right now.

I'm also able to reset my phone through Outlook Web Access as I have my Exchange email synced with my phone.

Thanks for that. I tried that reset method without success. Apparently there is a different one in the manual (who knew they were useful!) that doesn't require you to press the camera key. Just the volume down and power.

Managed to reset my phone that way without any issues. :)

Now to figure out why i get an error of store not available both online and on my phone..
