Arg, I'm an egg, it put a tile on the front screen by default at the bottom of the list, when I tried to add it (again), it was blocked because it was already there, doh.

lyonrouge: Artists, Albums, Songs, Applications, you name it, I search for it. in iOS I use the search more often than looking for the icons.

its free, it only costs if you want to remove the ads

Its irrelevant which Telco SIM you have in the device, updates are controlled by the operator image existing on the phone when it shipped

Yes. It doesn't matter what SIM you have in your device, it's the original ROM operator that dictates when the update is released.

ah, I see. It appears Black is available for "Australia" (purchased from Harvey Norman so not sure who the operator is in this case). I'll wait until I get home and connect to WiFi.

Edit: Can WP8 updates be rolled back / restored to factory?

So in your case the update hasn't been released
