I just won the HTC Windows 7 Trophy - but need it to work on telecom - it's a work phone...

Can I get it to work??  HOW??

It will not work on XT. This model only supports UMTS 900mHz and UMTS 2100mHz. Unless you live in Auckland CBD, it will not connect to the telecom XT network.

If it's the New Zealand one, then it won't work on Telecom.

As above if the handset supports 900/2100 UMTS it will not work on Telecom XT

You could always use it on 2Deg.

WP7 phones that will work on XT are the HTC 7 Surround, the Samsung Focus, LG Quantum, Dell Venue Pro.
None of these are released yet though.
