i think so, i have all the latest updates on my  phone,

have a look here

http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=812

cause i used a Europe rom i had to first jail break the boot loader, and load the Europe rom. After that everything just updated like normal. The Internet Sharing was release sometime ago, i think NZ roms have been held back.

You want to look at these too main sites

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?s=c7554347d490bafb39c044ab26f7984a&t=924333

and

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?s=c7554347d490bafb39c044ab26f7984a&t=1207721

the first and list of roms from around the world i used

RUU_Spark_HTC_Europe_1.10.401.04_Radio_5.52.09.16_22.33a.50.10U_by_ansar

the second link is how to jail break your phone boot loader so you can use the Europe Rom.

PLEASE READ UP ON THIS BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING, AS THIS CAN BRICK YOUR PHONE.

pm me if you have any more questions.

Totally lost me all that haha.

maybe it's not for me.

it sounds like i have to completely downgrade it to pre-mango before I can upgrade it again? then I see conflicting results of ot not working with mango :S? Confusing.
