I thought I'd give FIFA 12 a go (the last version I played was FIFA 06), but it's all way too complicated. I feel like I need to spend hours memorising the different combinations on the keyboard or the gamepad just to start playing on the novice level. I just don't have the patience or the time for that. Something is seriously wrong if playing a soccer simulator is harder than playing the real thing.

All I really need is a simple soccer game, no realism, no dozens of combos and achievements - just something to play for an hour after the family has gone to sleep. I tried Googling, but it seems there were no arcade soccer games developed in this millenium. Does anyone know better?

Is there such a thing as Pure Football 2?
And I thought Pure Football and FIFA Street were console only?
