Ive tried the xbox fourms and got no help, ive had the xbox years and only just recently set up up for MW3, but i occasionally will lose my Live connection, the internet is NOT droping out as ive lookd at the router and tried the PC as soon as i lose connection, i dont use the PC and Xbox at the same time so it shouldnt be a bandwith issue, and the xbox itself is running fine, if i stream with media centre no problems, only live, has anyone else had this problem or has a fix for it? makes it VERY hard to play my game, also its using ethernet NOT wireless

Recently due to the new Xbox dashboard update, some users expereinced problem connecting to xbox live and the cause was that a new EULA was created which needed to be first accepted by the user before it will let users sign in into Xbox live. Some users were still able to sign in but kept getting disconnected every now and then.

go to www.xbox.co.nz, sign in with your ID and if it presents you with a new EULA to agree to, just say yes I agree and restart the console and this should be it. If no EULA is presented then the issue is different altogether. May be NAT is not open? To check this, to the Systems dashboard/option, select test xbox live connection and xbox should perform 3 tests.

1.Connectivity
2. Internet
3. Xbox live

See if it gives you an open NAT or close NAT for the Xbox live test.
