hi there i have a World X change account and a RTA dynalink modem moved house and cant rember any of the settings below is what it is asking for

Interface  -:pppoa_0_100_1
SIP Transport protacol - UDP
Voip Service Provider - Others
SIP Registar address
SIP outbound proxy
sip proxy server address

Reg info..... Phone number / caller name / User name / Password

any help be great

you would think so but no i get dial tone and i can dial but dosnt ring.

i belive one of the SIP settings is wrong

Moving house should not require any settings change from what it was before.

Are you on a normal VFX account or on Open VFX?
